Chicken Karahi

Ingredients

  • Chicken, cut into small pieces 1 kg.
  • Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 kg.
  • Green chilies, finely cut 2
  • Fresh ginger paste 2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Fresh green coriander leaves finely chopped

Directions

  • Put the chicken in the pan and add 1/2 cup oil and salt
  • Fry the chicken for about 10 to 15 minutes until it turns light golden.
  • Then add tomatoes, red and black chilies
  • Continue cooking until water of tomatoes evaporate
  • Now add curd green chillies and coriander, cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Serve with tandori nan.
