Ingredients
- Chicken, cut into small pieces 1 kg.
- Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 kg.
- Green chilies, finely cut 2
- Fresh ginger paste 2 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Red chillies 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Fresh green coriander leaves finely chopped
Directions
- Put the chicken in the pan and add 1/2 cup oil and salt
- Fry the chicken for about 10 to 15 minutes until it turns light golden.
- Then add tomatoes, red and black chilies
- Continue cooking until water of tomatoes evaporate
- Now add curd green chillies and coriander, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Serve with tandori nan.
