Vegetable Raita

Ingredients

  • Plain Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cucumber grated 1
  • Carrot grated 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder 1 tsp.
  • Cumin powder 1tsp.

Directions

  • Beat Yogurt well
  • Finely chop green chilli, tomato, onion and coriander leaves and add it to the yogurt
  • Add in rest of the ingredients mix well and serve cold
