Ingredients

Suji (semolina) 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Water 1 1/2 cup
Sliced almonds 1 oz.

Gajjar (carrot) Halwa

Ingredients

Carrots 4 lbs.
Milk 1/2 gal.
Sugar 2 cups
Carnation milk powder 2 cups
Ghee/Oil 1 cup
Nuts to taste

This ice cream recipe is one of the very easiest and tastiest.. Try it yourself..
Ingredients

Condensed Milk 1 can

Whipped cream(Cool whip) 12 oz.

Mango pulp 1 can

Directions

Mix all of the pulp, condensed milk and whipped cream in a bowl.

Put in the freezer for about 8 hours

Besan 1 cup
Ghee/ Shortening 1cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 4 seeds
