Ingredients

Fresh ginger peeled and coarsely chopped
Garlic chopped 3 Tbs.
Lamb Chops from the ribs, remove all extra fat 6-8
Tomatoes grated or finely chopped 8 oz
Onions 2 medium sized very finely chopped

Mince meat (beef or lamb) 1/2 kg
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Roasted whole Coriander seeds 1/2 Tbs.
Roasted Coriander seeds, coarsely ground 1/2 Tbs.
Green chillies, 3 chopped finely
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp.
Onion,  1 finely chopped
Spring Onion 1/4 cup finely chopped
Coriander leaves 1 1/2 cup finely chopped
Mint leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped

Boneless beef 1 kg
Ginger - Garlic paste 2 Tbs.
Onions 3 medium
Chilli powder 2 Tbs.
Turmeric powder 1tsp.
Oil 300 ml
Salt to taste
Garam Masala powder 2 Tbs.
Channa dal half cup
Mash dal half cup
Masoor dal half cup
Rice half cup
Wheat 1cup

Directions

Soak rice, wheat and dals overnight.
