Ingredients

Rice 1 c
Water 1 1/2 c
Seasonal Vegetables 1 cup
Cinnamon stick 1/2″
Cloves 2
Cardamom 2
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder  1/8 tsp.
Dhania powder 1 tsp.
2 Chilies or 1/4 teaspoon powder
Tomatoes 16 oz
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Garlic 4 cloves
1/2″ piece Ginger (made into a paste)
Ghee/oil [...]

Ingredients

Onions cut lengthwise, 2 large
Chilies cut lengthwise, 2 large
Basmati rice 2 cup
Tomato cut into small pieces, 1 large
Coriander leaves 10-15
Mint leaves 5
Garlic 1 clove
Ginger  1″ piece
Salt to taste
Cloves 3-4
Cardamom 2
Bay leaf 1
Cinnamon stick 1″
Yogurt 1 cup
Ghee/Oil 2 Tbs.
Chicken boneless or with bone (options)  1 lb.

Chicken 1/2
Onion 2 , finely chopped
Cloves 3
Cinnamon  1″
Black Cardamoms 2
Bay leaves 4
Ghee/Oil 4 Tbs.
Corriander leaves Chopped

Make a paste of:

Cummin seeds 2 tsp
Black pepper 5
Green chillies 7
Garlic cloves 3
Ginger 1/2″
Corriander seeds 1 Tbs.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Capsicum - 2
Carrot - 1 medium size
Lime - 1
Rice 1 cup
Water 2 cups
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Oil or Ghee
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
